1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

QatarDealers.com welcomes you! Posted guidelines and rules can change from time to time, but our goal of helping expats in Qatar will not.

2. DESCRIPTION OF QATAR DEALERS SERVICES

QatarDealers.com was created by a couple of expats in Doha, for the benefit of anyone moving to Qatar, living in Qatar, and leaving Qatar. We hope you like what we’re doing so far.

We intend for this site to be a resource for anything automotive. This includes our classifieds page for buying and selling, our information on where to go for anything automotive, our blog for relevant news, our information on automobile pricing in the market, and our community forum for help with anything else. Have a look around, ask questions, join discussions, and let us know if there is anything else we can do to help.

3. QATAR DEALERS PRIVACY POLICY

Just to be clear, we will never distribute personal data to third parties without your explicit consent.

As a website, we do collect certain information in order to allow our users to efficiently use our services. This includes user registration data and IP addresses when using our forum. When requested by you the user or when required, we will send announcements to you. Examples of when you may be contacted include when you request to be updated on posts to a forum thread, or when a vehicle you have placed on our classifieds is ready to expire. Major enhancements to the site will be coming, and we will try to keep everyone informed.

4. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Qatar Dealers registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

5. MEMBER CONDUCT

You agree to not use the Qatar Dealers services to:

1. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
2. impersonate any person or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
3. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available or that infringes any patent or copyright
4. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized junk mail or spam
5. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
6. “stalk” or otherwise harass another user on the forum or elsewhere

6. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Qatar Dealers and its partners harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit, modify or otherwise make available through Qatar Dealers services.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO QATAR DEALERS

Qatar Dealers reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Qatar Dealers services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Qatar Dealers shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Qatar Dealers services.

8. TERMINATION

You may terminate your Qatar Dealers account, any associated email address and access to the Qatar Dealers services by submitting such termination request to us.

9. DEALINGS WITH ADVERTISERS

Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Qatar Dealers services, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Qatar Dealers shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers.

10. LINKS

Qatar Dealers may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Qatar Dealers is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.
